Under Base Silicone Ink Screen Printing

Underbase Silicone Ink screen printing is used for under base printing before pigmented silicone printing.

It has high elasticity about 250% than normal silicone ink, it mainly used for under base screen printing on the kind of fabric that has slight water absorption ability, but the water absorption ability is not strong.

The silicone under base printing would increase the printing’s adhesive force and fastness, and also could increase the abrasion performance.

So some kind of items like gloves, shoes and some protective uniforms or devices that need silicone printing could apply this under base silicone screen printing ink. It will increase the printing’s fastness and abrasive resistance.
